We will store the data processed in connection with your registration until the end of the event and for two years thereafter.

The data processed for advertising and marketing purposes will be kept by us until the date of withdrawal of consent, unless consent is renewed.

The legal basis for the processing is pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, as well as pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) processing for the purposes of safeguarding the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party. The data processed as a result of your request will be kept by us for as long as required by civil, accounting and tax regulations (10 years) or, in the case of a simple request for availability/quotation, for one year.

Processing modalities, automatic decision-making processes and data retention periods
