D3’s LABII printing system, equipped with the Micro Particle Jetting-Technology (MPJ)™, allows the direct printing of water-based, highly concentrated suspensions with nearly any particle size and distribution. This innovation enables the creation of complex, high-quality, and dense components through intelligent droplet generation, ready to be sintered with traditional sintering curves. Post-sintering, complex and dense components made of Al2O3 or SSiC are formed, which are not currently producible using any existing method.
